Table Plan Vinyl Decal

Create your perfect wedding table plan with our custom vinyl decal, designed to be applied to acrylic, mirrors, wood, and more.

The price includes all vinyl lettering for your table plan — including any phrases, and the bride and groom’s names at the top or bottom if desired. Your layout can be organised by table number or alphabetically, depending on your preference.

We can also include graphics such as hearts, champagne glasses, or other decorative elements to match your theme - all included in the price.

To make application easy, your vinyl will come with transfer tape and will be cut into sections for simpler placement. You’ll just need to ensure everything is lined up correctly when applying.

How to order:

1. Select your number of guests from the options.

   • If your guest count falls between two selections, please round up if over 5 or down if under 5.

   • Example: For 36 guests, select 40. For 32 guests, select 30.

2. Once you’ve placed your order, email us your guest list along with measurements and photos of the surface your vinyl will be applied to.

3. We’ll work closely with you to create your perfect table plan and send a final proof for approval before cutting your design.

Please note - all vinyl will be made in white, if you would prefer a different colour then please discuss this with us.
